She served our community with dedication, compassion and kindness and her presence will be deeply missed by colleagues and patients alike. We extend our heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers to Armalyn’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

On March 24–25, 2026, the Department of Health’s Regulations, Licensing, and Enforcement Division (DOH-RLED) conducted its annual monitoring and inspection at Carrascal Primary Health Care Facility. This visit aimed to assess our compliance with established regulatory standards and ensure that we consistently meet the expectations for safe and effective healthcare delivery.
