Your bathroom is a reset chamber.
Once you open that door to your bathroom, it's kind of the beginning of a new day, other than getting up from bed, though. What do you do first? Do you brush your teeth? Take a shower? Take a dump? Well, it does not matter which comes first; it's up to you how you want it to. But let me tell you this: when you get inside, you see that mirror, reflecting your physical self. You may or may not like what you see, but then again, you have the power to decide how you see yourself. Reset your perceptions towards yourself and others.
Then you grab that toothbrush with some tooth paste on it, brush all that gunk stuck inside, and gargle that stinking breath. Reset and choose your words wisely. Our words are so powerful.
Then where do you go next? You want to take a dump? Well, by all means, relieve yourself of all the waste that is inside of you and flush it away. Reset your lifestyle and flush the things you don't need.
After you're done, you step into the shower, shampoo your hair, and have a good lather of soap all over you. Reset yourself in mind, body, and soul. Forgive yourself for the things you have failed to do.
Now get a towel, pat yourself dry, get dressed, and go to sleep. Wait, what? I thought we would start the day and reset. It's easier said than done. Well, we all get stuck in a loop, and that loop is like a black hole eating us alive. As every passing day goes by, and you leave things unattended in your life, it will pretty much look like this sh@ bathroom. Well, sometimes we need help, and that help can come from our family, spouses, girlfriends, boyfriends, friends, and so on. But what if there is no one? Then I guess we should start from within, but what if there is nothing left from within to start with? Is this the end? How do you define the end? We all have faith, but it depends on who and where it comes from. Then maybe we should look into that. It might help get us through. But what if there is no faith? So we are back in the loop. That vicious cycle of being stuck, uninspired, and without a sense of direction is so exhausting that we should pause and ask ourselves, "What is our purpose in this so-called life?" Can't come up with an answer? If so, we are still on a journey of discovery. How to go about that journey? Well, it starts from within, and if you are stuck in the vicious loop of being uninspired, not motivated, and having no faith, then it is not the end, but a beginning. As long as you are alive, you have the opportunity to live another day and have a reset.
