SHIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No rush orders. Patience is a must, you have to wait for the arrival of the item/s. Expected date of arrival or pre-ordered items may take up to 3-6 days after the payment is settled. No return No exchange policy, unless for damaged items upon delivery. Before shipment, we make sure that the products we will be sending are all in good conditions. Therefore, we will

not accept returns or exchange of that product. We will only allow exchange or returns if we know to ourselves that we failed to check the product before the shipment. Please give us a picture of the particular damaged item. If there will be instances that we had shipped a wrong item, we agree for exchange of the item, provided that you could give us a picture of that particular product.

※ Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours upon arrival of your package. Beyond 24 hours, reports regarding this will be ignored.
