RUIZ DERMA Ruiz Derma humbly began in April 12, 1989. She went abroad to further expand her knowledge from reputable specialists in California.

Dr. Fe Mantua Ruiz, who was in private practice as Family Physician for 28 years, pursued a new area of specialization with the onset of current trends and development in the medical field of Cosmetic Surgery. Upon her return, she started a very humble business venture out of her hard earned money. She set-up the first Ruiz Derma Clinic and opened to the public at the ground floor of her house loc

ated in Mambaling, Cebu City. She introduced a better way to make skin care more affordable to more Cebuanos. The business became a huge success as it gained the immediate recognition and acceptance from the locals and visitors of Cebu. Soon after and with the mushrooming of big malls in Cebu and with the able assistance of her three children, Dr. Dana Ruiz Sesante as the VP for Operations, Dr. John Paul Mantua Ruiz as the VP for Administration and Mrs. Cynthia Ruiz Garaña to take charge in Marketing, they opened more branches, including one at SM City Cebu in 1994, followed by the Ayala Center Cebu in 2001. Today, the company is considered as the leading chain of derma clinics in Cebu. As it maintains its present leadership in the skin care business, Ruiz Derma continues to innovate. It keeps up with modern technology, invests on better but affordable products and the continuing education of their staff to instill on them the current trends, techniques and innovations in order to exceed expectations and needs of its growing customers.
