Here's what we wish every first-time CPAP user knew 👇
1️⃣ Week 1 is supposed to suck.
2️⃣ The machine doesn't matter if your mask is wrong.
3️⃣ Adjustments are part of the process.

Once clients understand these 3 things, their entire mindset shifts.

Instead of thinking "Why is this so hard?" they think "Oh, this is normal. I just need to adjust."
Instead of quitting at Week 1, they push to Week 4 and start feeling the benefits.
