Last March 17, 2026, the VSMMC Digestive and Liver Center held its 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 at the 2nd Floor OPD Building to mark 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.

We had a fantastic turnout! Early prevention is the best cure, and we are proud to see our community taking charge of their digestive health.

The VSMMC Digestive and Liver Center is honored to take part in the 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 organized by the VSMMC General Surgery 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 for 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.

Representing our section was 𝗗𝗿. 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘀 (𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄), who shared insights on screening and diagnosis alongside 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝗿𝗷𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗮 (𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆) and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗼 (𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲).

We are absolutely thrilled to kick off 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵! The VSMMC Digestive and Liver Center, in proud partnership with the VSMMC General Surgery, is officially joining the global movement to spread awareness, hope, and health.

It was an inspiring day of learning and collaboration! We are so proud to share that 𝘿𝙧. 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙚 𝘼𝙫𝙞𝙡𝙖 shared his expertise and gave an impactful talk during the activity. He was joined by our dedicated fellows and residents from both sections, proving that when it comes to your health, teamwork truly makes the dream work! 🤝
