Are you organized, dependable, and ready to grow your career in a supportive work environment? We’re looking for a motivated Admin. Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly.✨
Requirements:

• Female, at least College Graduate
• Hardworking with a responsible attitude
• Goal-oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Computer literate ( Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel )

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assists and reports to the Accounting Officer
- In-charge of Accounts Receivables
- Computes expenses
- Receives payments
- Reconciles bank records
- Data entry
- Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
- Filing of documents
- Replying to daily emails and calls
