RETURN POLICY

Return of items will only be allow if these will be the situation:

1.If the customer or the sure buyer have seen that the item is not fitted to what he/she expected and decide to change it to new one.

2. If the item has a damaged at the time it delivered to the customer.

3. If we delivered a wrong item to the customer.

«Once the customer accepted the item it means that the transaction is complete thus returning of items will not allow anymore.

1. We will consider cancellation of orders before the set date of delivery.

2. No charge fee for the cancellation as long as the product/item is not yet given to the customers/buyers.

2.) In purchasing an item at "Shop at Juliet", just view the picture , copy the link and send it directly to the page. You are free to ask questions and information about the item/product you will purchase.

3.) After receiving the link, we will send you fill out form to provide us personal information. These includes: Complete Name, Complete Address, Telephone Number or Mobile Number.

4.) Once the sure buyer done providing us personal information, the item will be automatically reserved within 5 days.
