Please be informed that the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital โ€“ Gabriela Silang Animal Bite Treatment Center (ISPH-GS ABTC) will observe half-day operations today, September 28, 2026 (Monday).

๐Ÿ•— Patients will be accommodated from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN ONLY.

This is pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, Series of 2026, issued by Malacaรฑang, suspending work in executive branch government offices starting at 1:00 PM in observance of the 34th National Family Week and Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.

Regular operations will resume on the next working day.

For emergency cases, please proceed directly to the Emergency Room for immediate medical attention.
