Okoy or ukoy (Vegetable fritter with shrimp)🥕🍤

Ingredients:
• Repolyo
• Carrots
• Sibuyas, bawang
• Camote / patatas
• 1 pc hipon bawat okoy
• Cornstarch + itlog
• Pampalasa

Pan-fried in minimal oil (canola), then paired with s**a 👌

💡 Health tip:
This dish provides vegetables and a small amount of protein from shrimp, but it is still fried and contains starch.

✔ Enjoy in moderation
✔ Add extra protein (chicken, fish, eggs) for better balance
✔ Pair with fresh veggies or lighter meals for the rest of the day

No need for extreme dieting just mindful, balanced choices 😊

One-pot comfort food 🍲✨

Whole chicken steamed with:
🥬 Napa cabbage

Baseline:
1.62 m, 63 kg - not obese, non-diabetic
No baseline labs.

Now:
60 kg (likely dehydrated)
Vomiting + diarrhea
BP 80/50 mmHg

Admission advised - refused.

Not all weight loss is healthy weight loss.
Hindi porket mura, safe na.

Think before you inject.
Oo, mura. Pero hindi naman mura ang buhay.
