Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there! 🌷

Being a family medicine doctor and a mother to my sweet 5-year-old son, Tim2x, is one of the greatest blessings and responsibilities I could ever have. Some days are exhausting, some days are chaotic, but every hug, every “Mommy,” and every little smile makes everything worth it.

To my little Tim2x — thank you for making me a mommy. You are my greatest joy, my daily inspiration, and my reminder to keep going even on the busiest days.

To all fellow mothers, especially the hardworking moms balancing career, family, and love every single day — today is for us.

Celebrating a successful Community Lay Forum in line with the advocacy of Dr. Charles Chloe Parilla Doc Charles Chloe, Chairperson of the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine, focusing on Sleep Hygiene and Obstructive Sleep Apnea, held in celebration of World Sleep Day last March 13, 2026.

Our sincere appreciation to our speakers, Dr. Adrian Cecily Beldad Adrian Cecily Beldad and Dr. Edd Sherwyn Luke Tan Edd Tan, for sharing their knowledge and raising awareness on the importance of quality sleep in overall health.
