Breastfeeding Awareness Month
ended this day.

RA 10028: Expanded Breastfeeding Promotion Act 2009 encourages working mom to breast feed exclusively their baby until 6 months even at work. There is a 15 minutes break in the morning and afternoon just to breast feed their babies. One of these employees is Culaba Municipal Accountant Sabrina Longjas. While at work she has pumping sessions 2-3 hours where her can drink breast milk at home her caregiver.

She exclusively breastfed her baby until 6 month and still continue breastfeeding even the baby started eating until today at her 10 months.

Breastfeeding is most practical and economical especially to full time mom housewives.

Sa side effect na wala namang naitala sa Culaba for 30 years na pambakuna?

O sa panganib na dala ng TIGDAS sa ating pamayanan?

DOH: 'Wag matakot sa mga side effect ng bakuna. Ang mga ito ay normal lamang at madalang na mangyari.

Kung sakaling makaranas ng side effects, handa ang mga healthcare worker na tumugon sa mga ito.

Ang dapat ikatakot ay ang panganib ng Tigdas at Tigdas-hangin na maaaring humantong sa pagkaospital at kamatayan.

Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na health center o sumangguni sa nurse o midwife sa inyong barangay para sa pagbabakuna.
