The BRHMC Adolescent Wellness Clinic, in collaboration with the Public Health Unit, WCPU and the Philippine Pediatric Society โ Bicol Chapter, successfully conducted its Youth Day Camp on June 4, 2026, at La Edley Recreational Center, guided by the theme: โComing Together for Healing: Boosting Youth's Health.โ
The activity brought together young people in a safe and supportive environment where they participated in interactive learning sessions on mental health and sexual and reproductive health, team-building activities, peer-sharing, and wellness-focused experiences. Through these meaningful engagements, participants were empowered to make informed health decisions, strengthen positive relationships, and develop healthy habits that promote overall well-being.
More than just a one-day event, the Youth Day Camp highlighted the importance of creating inclusive spaces where young people can connect, express themselves, and support one another. It reinforced the message that healing and growth are strengthened when communities, health professionals, and partner organizations work together to nurture the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of the youth.
This collaborative initiative reflects a shared commitment to promoting adolescent health and empowering young people to become active partners in building healthier and more resilient communities.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, volunteers, facilitators, and partner organizations whose dedication and support made this event a meaningful success. The day was filled with learning, friendship, inspiration, and renewed hope for a healthier future for our youth.
Together, we heal. Together, we grow. Together, we thrive.๐โจ
