Earlier tonight, the BDRRMC 22-C / BFART, together with the CDRRMO Davao City, conducted an inspection and safety check at the Brgy. 22-C Covered Court, where our fire-affected evacuees are temporarily staying.

As part of the safety assessment, the team also checked the stability of the posts and structure of the covered court to ensure the safety of both evacuees and residents, especially after the recent earthquake.

Our sincere thanks to CDRRMO Davao City for their quick response and assistance to our Barangay 22-C. Through teamwork and cooperation, we can continue to protect the safety and welfare of everyone. 💪❤️

⚠️ Also, don’t forget to prepare your GO BAG for emergencies.
A well-prepared Go Bag can save lives during disasters like earthquakes, fires, or floods.

Earlier this morning, the BDRRMC 22-C / BFART immediately activated the Incident Command System (ICS) and responded to incidents at Carlos P. Garcia Senior High School and Sta. Ana National High School following the 7.5 magnitude earthquake. Our response team catered to a total of 11 casualties, all of whom were treated and managed onsite by our trained medical personnel.

After the initial response, our team also conducted building inspections within our Area of Responsibility (AOR) and performed coastal monitoring to assess possible risks such as aftershocks and tsunami threats. These proactive measures were implemented to ensure the continued safety and preparedness of our community.

We remind everyone to stay alert, remain calm, and always be prepared. Continue monitoring official announcements from authorities for verified and updated information.

Today, the staff of Congressman Pulong Duterte visited the Barangay 22-C Evacuation Area to personally extend their support to the families affected by the recent fire. They generously distributed pillows to every household, bringing comfort to our fellow residents during this challenging time.💗

Our BDRRMC 22-C / BFART team also joined hands with Congressman Pulong Duterte’s staff in the distribution to ensure that every affected family was reached and assisted.🙌🏼

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Congressman Pulong Duterte, Mayor Baste Duterte, Vice President Inday Sara Duterte, and the entire Duterte Family for their continuous compassion, care, and support for our community. Today, BDRRMC 22-C / BFART is on medical standby at the Barangay 22-C Covered Court, which is currently being used as the evacuation center for the families who were affected by the recent fire incident.🚑🚒

Our Batch 3 Aspirants are also present and actively assisting, gaining first-hand experience in community response and public service. This activity not only strengthens our emergency operations but also provides our aspirants with the opportunity to apply their training in a real-life situation while extending help to our fellow residents in need.💗

The Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee 22-C / Boulevard Fire and Rescue Team responded to a fire incident at Barangay 21-C.🚑🚒

Our FAS tapped BFP Central for reinforcement, while our EMS team was deployed on-site to provide immediate medical assistance to affected residents.

The incident escalated to a 4th Alarm, involving a residential area. Thanks to the quick response and coordinated effort of our team, BFP Central, and other supporting agencies, immediate action was carried out to secure the area and assist the community.🔥

🙏 We also extend our appreciation to the volunteers, community members, and partner responders who gave their support during the operation. Your cooperation greatly contributed to ensuring safety and order amidst the emergency.

⚠️ Note: Wala kaming on-scene pictures dahil lahat ng responders ay naka-focus at abala sa aktwal na firefighting operation.

As of 10:26PM this evening, we are in Code Black. Our PTV is under maintenance and we cannot longer accommodate transports at the moment.

But rest assured that all our responders are available 24/7 incase of emergencies.
