Looking back at this photo of Ador at 4 years old always brings smiles to our faces. Back then, this was his absolute favorite treat!

​As parents, we’ve learned so much since those days about how nutrition specifically impacts Ador’s well-being, especially as he navigates life with ASD. Through trial and error, we’ve realized that this particular treat doesn't sit well with his unique needs, so we’ve moved on to different snacks that work better for him.

​It’s been a journey of growth, and we’re learning together, one day at a time.
