Take a quick peek inside our fridge!

​As you can see, our food supply for the week is packed with eggs, beef, and beef liver—and that’s not even counting the pork yet! We also make sure to have catfish (hito) cooked in coconut milk once a week, as Daddy loves getting creative in the kitchen.

​Everything Daddy prepares for Ador’s breakfast and lunch is carefully weighed to track his daily protein intake. This is why his meals are pre-portioned in separate glassware, ensuring every bite is nutrient-dense. We also prepare a separate dinner for the three of us to enjoy together.

We are so glad that Ador is adjusting easily to life without processed foods.
