Operation Smile Philippines and Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital have officially signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the upcoming FREE Cleft Surgical Program once again on July 16–18, 2026. 💙

Through this partnership, more children and patients with cleft lip and cleft palate will be given access to free surgery and comprehensive cleft care — helping transform lives, one smile at a time.
