Procurement Coordinator (Offshore)

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team, supporting the sourcing, supplier management, and inventory coordination functions for solar equipment, BESS, inverters, and BOS components.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite is preferred
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Compensation: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month

🎉Congratulations to the entire Northside Badminton Centre team on opening day!

It's been an absolute pleasure working alongside the NBC crew over the past month to get their network and security setup ready for today. From the first walkthrough of an empty warehouse to seeing the courts fully kitted out and ready for play, it's been a special project to be part of.

Bailey popped in today with a bottle of bubbly to toast the occasion - a small thank you to a team that's been brilliant to work with from day one.

Wishing the whole NBC crew a massive first season -if you're in the Brendale area, get down and check out one of the best new sports facilities Brisbane has seen in a while. Badminton, pickleball, and a whole lot of community waiting to be built here.

Another project wrapped up, and this one's been a great one to work on.

Over the past month, OutTask has been designing and delivering the complete network and security setup for Northside Badminton Centre at their new facility in Brendale. Lead technician Bailey, with Owen assisting on site, worked closely with the Northside Badminton crew to scope, stage and install:

- A managed UniFi network with segmented VLANs for staff, members, cameras and access control
- Wi-Fi 7 coverage across offices and 9 courts for badminton and pickleball
- A full surveillance system with smart detection on entries and perimeter
- A branded captive portal for member and guest Wi-Fi
- Coordination with the electrician and access control vendor throughout the project.
- Fibre internet managed through OutTask for a single point of support

A huge thanks to the Northside Badminton crew for trusting us with this build. The facility opens to the public on the 11th of June - if you're in the Brendale area, get down there and check it out.

We're looking forward to continuing to support Northside Badminton as they grow.
