๐Ÿ‘ฅ Limited Slots: Only 100 slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Minors: All minors (children under 18) MUST be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians to receive services.

๐Ÿšซ Alcohol Restriction: Patients must NOT have consumed any alcoholic beverages/liquor for one full week (starting from Monday). This is crucial for safety, especially for extractions or medical consultations.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Eat Breakfast: Please make sure to have a full, heavy meal before heading to the venue.

This initiative is made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Sangguniang Kabataan, in partnership with the City Health Office, Barangay Magtuod Health Center, and the Barangay Nutrition Committee of Magtuod.

This activity is aligned with the provisions of Republic Act No. 11223 (Universal Health Care Act), which upholds every Filipinoโ€™s right to accessible, affordable, and quality health care services, including preventive and promotive health interventions.

Through this program, we aim to promote proper health practices among the youth and ensure access to essential medical services within our community supporting the governmentโ€™s commitment to protect and promote the health and well-being of all Filipinos.

The Barangay Magtuod LGU, in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH) Davao Center for Health Development - Subnational Blood Center for Mindanao, invites everyone to be a hero and save lives!

In line with Republic Act No. 7719 (National Blood Services Act of 1994), we are promoting voluntary blood donation to ensure that safe and sufficient blood is available for those in need. Your one bag of blood can save up to three lives!
