We Care Multipurpose Cooperative is a PRIVATE ENTITY organized by the employees of a government office particularly City Health Office . . .we are not using our authority or our position in the government to govern the coop . . .we have our own policies and laws to follow as defined by CDA . . We support the government esp City Health programs where we work and help Davao City as well , we should work hand in hand with the government in order programs are carried out well . . .

As our SUMMER SPECIAL ACTIVITY. we are inviting members of our Cooperative to sell goods, old and new to our store . We will assign new numbers to each member to be used as labeling.
10% of your proceeds will be paid to the coop.

Gimugna ang Cooperative sa CHO para makatabang- tabang sa mga empleyado sa city health office, naga hatag ug ginagmay nga loan para sa mga miembro sa panahon nga nanginahanglan . . Makatabang sa pamilya sa panahon sa pasko sa ginagmay ra nga dividendo . .

Ang LAMINATION nga kanunay gina issue/ginaintriga sa kantidad nga 10 pesos , legal kini . .gi capitalan kini gikan sa kwarta sa mga miembro. Ang lamination maoy i-seal sa atong mga Health IDs sa cliyente pero WALA kini ginapugos kay pwede pud cila mo-avail sa lamination services sa ubang mga negosyante sa palibot. . sa gamay ra nga negosyo , initan pa gayod sa mga kauban ra pud sa trabaho nga naay pansariling motibo kay naay kaugalingong lamination machine nga ang hunahuna ang kaugalingong ginancya ra ug dili motabang sa kadaghanang empleyado.

It is important to inform the public and to those who DISCREDIT the Cooperative that the income earned by the cooperative through LEGAL MEANS (such as lamination, photocopying, sari-sari store, lending) are NOT only distributed to ONLY FEW but rather distributed to all members depending on the capital share contributed from hard earned money by each member as prescribed in the COOPERATIVE By-laws .
We challenge those who attack us with intrigues and discredit our legitemacy to face the 98 cooperative duly registered members and elected officials and sit down with us and scrutinize all the documents supporting our legality as defined by the City Cooperative Office .

In 2015, "We CARE COOPERATIVE" asked the approval of the City Mayor for the use of a small space for our store at the City Health Office at the ground floor and by the authority of the City mayor, our City Administrator Melchor Quitain gave the approval as per recommendation of our then Business Bureau Chief, Atty. Bantiding and City Legal Officer , Atty Villanueva.

When the cooperative started the "Botica para sa Taumbayan Program" in 2013, DOH Region XI gave us 50k worth of medicines as initial capital and trained our coop hired workers to be trained in selling and dispensing medicines. . . This was under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist of the CHO in the person of Gemma Pujanes , following guidelines as per DOH program standards . . .

For the information of those who are questioning the LEGITIMACY OF "WE CARE" COOPERATIVE, we pay revenues in the BIR and at our City Treasurer's office , we have BUSINESS PERMIT renewed yearly.

We have our Cooperative- owned Davao Light & Power connection (DLPC) separate from government light & power line.
