Today, I had the privilege of facilitating a two-hour wellness session for a team of virtual assistants from different parts of the Philippines. It's always amazing to see how people can feel deeply connected, even through a screen.

Thank you, Ma'am Noreen, for trusting me to hold space for your team. In just two hours, we created space for honest conversations, quiet realizations, and emotions that had been waiting to be felt.
