💧 8 glasses minimum — more if you were in full gear
💧 Drink BEFORE you feel thirsty — thirst means you're already behind
💧 Coffee and energy drinks don't count (we know, we know 😭)
💧 Pale yellow urine = you're good. Dark yellow = drink up NOW.
Your gear protects you on the outside. Water protects you on the inside.
Train yourself to hydrate like you train for everything else. 💪
