🎃🕸️ Spooktacular Progress Alert! 🕸️🎃
This Halloween, we’re not just battling ghosts and ghouls — we’re celebrating something even better: a safer, stronger Isulan! 👻💪
📍 Thanks to the leadership of Mayor Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran our town is taking a bold step forward in ensuring a drug-free environment, investing in rehabilitation programs for our youth, and rallying all barangays toward being declared drug-cleared.
🧠 This isn’t just a policy—it’s a promise to our children, to our future.
✨ This Halloween let’s light up the night not just with jack-o-lanterns, but with hope, unity, and community spirit. Together, we’ll turn the fright of “what if’s” into the delight of “what’s next.”

FOLARES - SPMC Postgraduate Course 2025 – A Resounding Success! 🌟
FOLARES proudly took part in the Annual Postgraduate Course of Southern Philippines Medical Center, held this September 12–13, 2025 at The Acacia Hotel, Davao City, with the timely theme:
"PRIORITY AREAS IN UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE: A CHILD-CENTERED APPROACH."

We were honored to contribute to this milestone event by bringing in two exceptional speakers,

Dr. Jeannie Bernardo-Ong, FPPS, FPSHBT, FPSPH

who delivered insightful and impactful discussions that truly resonated with the audience. Their expertise and passion helped shed light on key issues in child-centered healthcare, aligning with the vision of Universal Health Care for every Filipino child. 👶🧒

Thank you, SPMC, for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful journey toward better health outcomes for our nation’s future. 💙
