FREE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE (CVD) SCREENING

The Biao Escuela Health Center together with Dr. Rodgine Tongo and healthcare team from Los Amigos Super Health Center invites all residents to a FREE CVD Screening on:

📅 Date: August 13, 2026 (Thursday)
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM onwards
📍 Venue: Biao Escuela Health Center

Services Offered:

* ✅ Medical consultation with the doctor
* ✅ Blood Pressure Check
* ✅ Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
* ✅ Cholesterol Test

Who should join?

* Individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease or a family history of these conditions
* Anyone who wishes to have their cardiovascular health assessed

What to do before your check-up:

* ✔️ Fast for 10–12 hours before your appointment.
* ✔️ Do not drink coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks or alcohol while fasting.
* ✔️ Continue taking your maintenance medicines unless your doctor has instructed otherwise.
* ✔️ Bring your health record/booklet (if available).
* ✔️ Arrive at the health center by 8:00 AM.

Day 1-MR-SIA 2026 sa BRGY. BIAO ESCUELA!

The healthcare team of Biao Escuela is grateful to all parents who allowed their children to be vaccinated with MR-vaccine.

We are forever thankful to the healthworkers- Nurse, Midwife, BHWs and BNS who dedicate their efforts and their passion for service! To the Brgy. Council, for showing their support in implementing the programs of health.

And, congrats to all 176 CHIKITINGS who were vaccinated today!
