Our Very Own Personnel’s Family: Protected Through Vaccination 💉❤️

“Mauna kayo, huwag muna kami.” — Ilang beses na nating naririnig ito kapag may vaccination activity.

Pero narito ang patunay: hindi kailangang tawagin o pilitin ang aming mga health workers para pabakunahan ang kanilang sariling pamilya. Kami mismo ang unang nagtitiwala at nagpapabakuna sa mga taong mahalaga sa amin. ❤️

👩‍⚕️ Ma’am Emma Pangilinan has two grandchildren. Her eldest grandchild is fully vaccinated and is among this year’s target for HPV vaccination, while her grandson Theo received his MR vaccine. Clang Oyma

👩‍⚕️ Ma’am Badeth , our nurse from DOH, also made sure that her nephew received his MR vaccine.

👩‍⚕️ Ma’am Ella Dian, our nurse here at the Municipal Health Office, embraced her daughter as she received her MR vaccine. ❤️

These are not just vaccinations. These are our health workers putting into practice what we teach and advocate for every day.

As health workers, we come face-to-face with people who may be sick. We protect our families because we know that they can also be exposed to illnesses that we may encounter while serving our community.

So when we say “Pabakunahan natin ang ating mga anak at pamilya,” we mean it—not only for our patients, but also for our own loved ones.

Siya mismo ang nagsabi sa amin na: “Pababakunahan ko ang anak ko.” 🥰

Nakakatuwang makita ang ating mga kapwa lingkod-bayan na hindi lamang nanghihikayat sa iba, kundi sila mismo ay nauunang magtiwala at magpabakuna para sa

Meet Another Super Health Woman: Midwife Emma Pangilinan 💙💚

Meet Midwife Emma, the dedicated midwife serving Paltic and Aplaya, home to one of the largest populations among the barangays of Dingalan.

She is the kind of health worker who doesn’t hold back when it comes to serving her community—she gives her all. ❤️

There was even a time when her family had to bring her clothes to the health center because she had been there for almost 48 hours, unable to go home. Despite having little to no sleep, she still went out into the community to continue serving the people of her barangay specially during vaccination, because she knows the importance of children's protection.

For maam Emma, service means showing up—even when she is tired, even when the hours are long, and even when going home has to wait.

Her dedication is a beautiful reminder that behind every successful health program are health workers who quietly sacrifice their time, comfort, sleep, and energy for the people they serve.

To Midwife Emma: Saludo kami sa iyong walang-sawang serbisyo! 🫡💚

You are not just a midwife.You are a mother to the community, a protector of families, and a true SUPER HEALTH WOMAN. 🦸‍♀️💉❤️

A Superwoman in Service 💙💚

Meet Midwife Analyn Namoro Pajarillo joining the 1st day of the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) in Umiray—her home and community that she has faithfully served as a midwife for almost two decades.

Today, despite the heavy rainfall and the pain brought by her arthritis in the knee, she continues to walk, reach out, and encourage parents to let their children be vaccinated. 🌧️💪

Armed with her CAPE—her MR-SIA tarpaulin serving as her IEC material—she continues her mission of protecting the children of Umiray.

Her dedication reminds us that true public health service goes beyond a job. It is compassion, courage, and commitment to the community, even when the journey is difficult.

A true picture of a SUPER HEALTH WOMAN! 🦸‍♀️💉❤️

Salute to our dedicated midwives and health workers who continue to serve, rain or shine, for the health and safety of our children. 👏
