🌫️ BE HAZE-AWARE. PROTECT YOUR HEALTH.

Haze can affect air quality and may cause eye, nose, and throat irritation, coughing, difficulty breathing, and other respiratory concerns—especially among children, older adults, pregnant women, and people with existing respiratory conditions.

💡 Protect yourself and your loved ones:
• Limit prolonged outdoor activities when haze levels are high.
• Wear a well-fitting mask when going outdoors.
• Keep windows and doors closed when the air quality is poor.
• Stay hydrated and avoid smoking or va**ng.
• Seek medical attention if you experience persistent difficulty breathing, chest pain, or worsening respiratory symptoms.

Stay informed, stay protected, and prioritize your health.
