Simple activities can go a long way in supporting a child’s development.

Try this: Set up a playful task where the child uses a tool (like a brush, cup, or comb) and brings their hands up and around their head as they engage in the movement.

What you’ll notice: Through repetition, they naturally build strength in the shoulders, improve hand control, and develop better awareness of how their body moves in space.
