Join our team at AIR SECRETARY as an Office Admin & IT Specialist!
🔹 Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a dual role, handling both administrative and IT tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related courses
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative and report support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (creating, managing, troubleshooting formulas and functions)
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of networking, user access, and endpoint security
🔹 Technical Skills:
• Experience supporting cloud-based tools, especially Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• Comfortable with IT platforms and help desk tools
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
🔹 Certifications (Advantageous):
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications
• Office administration or business software certifications
💼 Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Monitor and maintain internal systems and networks
• Assist with systems setup, software management, and user accounts
• Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes
• Ensure data security and compliance with cybersecurity practices
• Support office operations and performance tracking (KPIs, service-level targets, dashboards)
• Track tasks, turnaround times, and operational issues; escalate risks when needed
• Handle external errands (documents, equipment, payments, bank/government transactions, vendor follow-ups)
• Conduct canvassing and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and clients
• Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews
