YAKAP CLINICS REACH 96% OF PH CITIES, MUNICIPALITIES

| Yakap primary care clinics have surged from just 119 before the Marcos administration to more than 4,000 today, with the program now reaching 96% of all Philippine cities and municipalities, PhilHealth President and CEO Beverly Ho said Saturday.

The newly appointed PhilHealth chief told DZRH News program "Special on Saturday" that Yakap gives every Filipino unlimited free consultations, medically indicated laboratory tests, 21 maintenance medicines, and cancer screening including mammography, low-dose CT scan, and colonoscopy — all at no cost.
