Sa negosyo, hindi lang talent at hard work ang mahalaga—mas importante pa ang lakas ng isipan kaysa sa emosyon. I remember when I started my business, there were times na ang dami kong frustrations: kulang sa resources and sometimes feeling ko I wasn’t making progress. But I realized, if I let my emotions control my decisions—whether out of fear or impatience—baka mawala ako sa tamang landas.

Minsan ang pinakamalaking kalaban mo hindi ang ibang tao, kundi ang sarili mong emosyon. Alam ko, kasi dumaan ako sa mga moments na tinatamaan ako ng self-doubt, takot, at frustration. But you know what? You can only win if your mind is stronger than your emotions. Minsan, ang pinaka-malaking laban natin ay hindi sa labas, kundi sa loob—yung mga negative thoughts na nag-aalangan sa’yo at nagtutulak sa’yo na mag-give up.

Pero dun ko na-realize, if you let your emotions win, they’ll control your choices and decisions. Kailangan mo matutong magtulungan ang utak at puso mo. Hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon, emotions ang dapat mag-lead—kailangan ang rational thinking.

Ang journey ng negosyo, puno ng self-battles, pero sa huli, mas matibay ka kapag nanalo ka sa mga inner struggles mo. Labanan mo ang takot, ang self-doubt, at palakasin ang isipan mo. Yun ang magdadala sa’yo sa tunay na tagumpay.

In fact, if you offer WORK and BUSINESS to people, they will choose to WORK because most people don't know that a BUSINESS can make more money than salary.

One of the reason the poor are poor is because the poor are not trained to recognise the entrepreneurial opportunity.

They spend alot of time in school and what they learn in school is work for a salary instead of working for themselves.

Profit is better than wages because wages can support you, but profits can make you a fortune.
