You don't always have to be so serious doing ice bath.

Some people curse when they get in, others scream, some go completely silent and focus on their breathing, and some just... do a laugh mixed with a bit of pain. 😅

The pain goes away though (fr). But the energized feeling after doing ice bath stays throughout the day.
