The first 60 minutes after symptoms appear are critical. Acting fast saves lives.

❤️Warning Signs of a Heart Attack:
- Chest pressure or tightness
- Pain spreading to the left arm, jaw, or back
- Shortness of breath, cold sweats
- Sudden weakness or dizziness

🚨What to Do Immediately:
- Call emergency services right away - don't wait.
- Keep the person sitting or in a semi-reclined position.
- If unconscious and not breathing → start CPR.
- Do not try to drive yourself to the hospital.

Dumadami po ang cases ng mga may Pertussis. Maari po itong mag cause ng mga kumplikasyon katulad po ng nasa larawan. Karaniwang mas matindi po ang nagiging epekto nito sa mga pasyenteng wala pong bakuna laban dito.
