OPERATIONS RESUMPTION NOTICE

We are pleased to inform our valued clients and partners that we will resume normal operations on June 15, 2026 (Monday).

Following the recent earthquake, the necessary structural and operational assessments have been completed, and essential services have been sufficiently restored to allow us to safely reopen our facility.

We sincerely thank everyone for their patience, understanding, and support during the temporary closure.

ADVISORY UPDATE

Medscreen Diagnostic Laboratory remains temporarily closed until further notice due to the ongoing power outage following the recent earthquake. As our facility is located near the area affected by the collapse of a nearby fast-food establishment, we continue to conduct structural and operational assessments to ensure the safety of our staff and clients before resuming operations.

Some of our staff also remain affected by disruptions in electricity and water supply in their homes.

For patients with completed laboratory results, copies may be requested through our page or by emailing us at [email protected].

Please note that results for tests that are still pending, require repeat testing, or need further processing cannot be released at this time. We will notify affected patients as soon as these results become available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the recent earthquake and in consideration of the safety and well-being of our staff and clients, Medscreen Diagnostic Laboratory will temporarily suspend operations tomorrow, June 9, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all our staff, valued partners, clients, and the entire community. We hope everyone remains safe and well as we recover from this event.
