If you are having trouble seeing clearly, you may have a refractive error such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism.

These conditions are common and can be corrected with proper prescription glasses, contact lenses, or other treatments. Do not settle for blurred vision. Get checked.

Screen Time Overload? Give Your Eyes a Break

Long hours on gadgets can lead to digital eye strain. This can cause dryness, headaches, blurred vision, and neck pain.

Follow the 20 20 20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Adjust screen brightness, blink more often, and maintain proper distance from your device.
Your eyes were not designed for nonstop screen time. Take care of them.
