Inaanyayahan namin ang lahat ng YAKAP members na rehistrado sa Life Saver Medical Services na magtungo sa aming clinic para makapagpakonsulta at magamit ang kanilang YAKAP medicine benefits para sa mga maintenance medicines, VITAMINS, at iba pang gamot na kabilang sa 54 covered medicines ng programa.

Ang konsultasyon ay mahalaga upang ma-assess ang inyong kalagayan at maireseta ang mga gamot na naaayon sa inyong pangangailangan.

Through this initiative, families received medical consultations, laboratory services, medicines, legal assistance, and other support services closer to home — helping ease everyday concerns and allowing more time to care for loved ones.
