“𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹?”

While others see challenges in our current public health system, these four visionary pirates from the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲 saw an opportunity in reshaping the current problem that the country is facing.

Months might have passed, but the impact of their achievement hasn't faded. We are looking back at the remarkable accomplishment of our first-year students from LPU Cavite's College of Allied Medicine Sciences (CAMS), who once secured a spot as one of the National Finalists in the 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐏𝐇 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬: 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞. This nationwide contest challenged the youth to pitch practical and innovative solutions to improve government services.

Out of 433 entries submitted across the country, our freshmen's project, 𝐊𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐀 𝐊𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐊, are one of the proposals that stood out, receiving a silver medal and a certificate of recognition as National Finalist of the competition. They designed a system to 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 with the guide of their adviser, Jess L. Santias, team members Larriza, Shannen Kate, John Ivan, and Nicolas James, who proved that age and year level are not a barrier to make a world changing innovation.

Welcome to “Once Upon a Wine: A Tale of the Wine Kingdoms” — a magical gathering where fruits, vegetables, and wine are transformed into unforgettable fairytale flavors. 🏰🍎🥕

Forget the glass slippers like Cinderella; the real magic was in the incredible flavors and the amazing company. From letting our hair down like Rapunzel, to surviving a poisoned apple like Snow White, this journey took us from the deepest oceans of Te Fiti's Isle and made us defy gravity like Elphaba— proving every fairytale holds a little magic of its own. 🌊🍎✨

Here is how the magical realms unfolded:

• Group 1 enchanted us with "Bibbidi-Bobbidi Brew" 👑—a regal blend of Pear and Squash fit to transform any ordinary pumpkin into a royal carriage.

• Group 2 set sail with "Tropical Wayfinder" 🌊—a refreshing, sun-kissed fusion of Mango and Cucumber that perfectly captured the spirit of a Moana-inspired ocean voyage.

• Group 3 proved that "Melon Knows Best" ☀️—blending Melon and Chayote to reflect Rapunzel's daring, exploratory nature beyond the tower walls.

• Group 4 woke up the room with "Golden Orchard Wine" 🍎—a spellbinding concoction of Apple and Carrots powerful enough to break Snow White’s sleeping curse.

• Group 5 sparked a transformation with "Eden’s Flame" 🔥—a bold, forbidden blend of Apple and Tomato crafted to change you for good.
