Three days, one shared mission: to save lives ❤️🚑

We successfully concluded a 3-Day Basic Life Support Training for Lay rescuers last July 15-17, 2026, bringing together committed participants from different barangays of Gubat, Sorsogon.

This training empowered our community volunteers with the knowledge and skills to recognize emergencies, perform high-quality CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and respond confidently until professional medical help arrives.

A heartfelt thank you to all the participants for your enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to learn. Your commitment strengthens our communities and makes Gubat a safer and more prepared municipality.

Together, we are building a community where every second counts and every trained rescuer can make a difference.

Healthcare professionals and emergency responders from Gubat District Hospital, MDRRMO Gubat, BFP Gubat, and RHU Gubat came together for a 1-Day Basic Life Support (BLS) Training, strengthening their knowledge, skills, and teamwork in responding to life-threatening emergencies.

This training reinforced the importance of high-quality CPR, early defibrillation, and coordinated emergency response - because every second matters when a life is at stake.

Thank you to all the participants for all your dedication to continuous learning and your unwavering commitment to serving the people of Gubat. Together, we are building a stronger, more prepared, and more resilient healthcare and emergency response system.

Is a community-driven organizations commited to promoting life-saving skills and emergency preparedness in Gubat, Sorsogon. Founded by the collaboration of four different facilities in Gubat Sorsogon namely Gubat District Hospital, Gubat RHU, BFP Gubat, MDRRMO Gubat, a team of certified Basic Life Support (BLS) instructors, Bugkos aims to empower individuals through accessible, high quality training in CPR and first aid. Our mission is to build a resilient and responsive community by equipping every Gubatnon with the knowledge and confidence to act during emergencies. With a passion for service and a commitment to saving lives, we stand united in our goal: Every Gubatnon, a life-saver.
