🌧️ DOXYCYCLINE PROPHYLAXIS PARA SA LEPTOSPIROSIS

Bilang bahagi ng BulSU Bayanihan Initiatives, ang BulSU University Health Services (UHS) ay nagbibigay ng Doxycycline prophylaxis para sa mga indibidwal na may malaking exposure sa tubig-baha, matapos ang nararapat na health assessment.

🏥 Saan maaaring makakuha?
• BulSU Health Services (UHS) – para sa mga kwalipikadong indibidwal, habang may suplay.
• Local Health Outlets – maaari ring lumapit sa pinakamalapit na LGU Health Center o Rural Health Unit (RHU).

⚠️ Mahalagang paalala:
Ang Doxycycline ay hindi dapat iniinom nang walang pagsusuri at gabay ng healthcare professional. Kinakailangan muna ang medical assessment upang matukoy kung ikaw ay kwalipikadong makatanggap nito at upang masuri ang posibleng allergies, contraindications, at iba pang health considerations.

❌ Huwag mag-self-medicate. Ang antibiotics ay dapat gamitin lamang ayon sa payo at reseta ng healthcare professional.

Para sa kaligtasan ng bawat BulSUan, maging alerto, alagaan ang sarili, at huwag balewalain ang anumang sintomas pagkatapos ng exposure sa baha.

Ang leptospirosis ay isang seryosong sakit na pwedeng kumalat sa pamamagitan ng tubig-baha na may ihi ng hayop, lalo na ngayong panahon ng tag-ulan. Manatili tayong maalam at ligtas!
