Being on a vegan and plant based living is really challenging. Maybe for some not maybe for others yes. Personally for me no, because living in a province like La Union gave me the opportunity for easy access to cheap and affordable vegetables. Sometimes it's free sometimes you just have to ask your neighbor.

Would you believe that this dish is only 100 pesos? I already used 1/4 of it to my Monggo-Bet yesterday. This can serve around 5 people.

50 pesos Pinakbet veggies
20 malunggay stems
5 onion
5 garlic
20 consist of oil,salt, pepper and soy.
