Yoga is forgiving.
Yoga is kindness.
Yoga is healing.

This practice reminds us that our flaws and imperfections are our source of power. It is humbling. Grounding. And invites us to continue on this path of unraveling and learning.

Yoga is home.
Yoga is heart.
