Healing Iloilo's class schedule effective August 1, 2026.

FAQs:

✅️ Do you have classes for beginners?
All our classes are open to beginners especially the following:

Basic Yoga
Thursday - 10am
Friday - 6:30pm

Gentle Yoga
Sunday - 10am

To join a class, please book ahead.

Regular rates apply to beginners.
Mat rental is P50 (limited available).

Bring your own mat if possible. Wear comfortable activewear, no socks needed. You may bring a small towel, water, and a change of clothes if preferred.

✅️ What style of yoga do you offer?
All classes are Vinyasa-based. This is a style of yoga that flows with the pace of the breath, one pose leads to the next in a continuous manner.

Core Yoga - focuses on core strengthening
Basic Yoga - beginner/foundational
Power Yoga - faster paced and stronger practice
Gentle Yoga - slow and easy, focuses on deep stretching

Hatha Yoga - beginner friendly traditional yoga flow
Yoga for Seniors - more accessible yoga class for those with limited mobility and various conditions

✅️ Where are you located?
We hold our regular classes at the 2nd floor of Molo Mansion.

✅️ Do you provide mats?
Yes we do however we only have a limited number of yoga mats available. Rental fee is P50/mat. It would be best to bring your own if you can.

North Grove, Molo (open area in front of True Value)

🐾 Free yoga class
🐾 Bring your own yoga mat
🐾 Beginner-friendly
🐾 Yogis without pets can still join!

Reminders:
• This class is a regular yoga class that includes movements and poses that allow you to bond with your pet.
• Please be responsible for your own pet and ensure the safety of you, your pet, and other participants.
• Only pets with updated vaccinations may join.
• Make sure your pet is either trained to not walk around during class or is on a leash for safety purposes.
• Clean up after your pet.
• Bring water and treats for your pets.
