Honored to collaborate with the Philippine College of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism – Visayas Chapter in promoting better diabetes care.

Ang pag-manage sang diabetes indi lang naga-base sa bulong. Kinahanglan gid ini sang holistic nga pag-atipan sang lawas — sakto nga pagkaon, regular nga ehersisyo, maayong tulog, kag disiplina sa adlaw-adlaw nga lifestyle.

Bilang isa ka internist kag lifestyle medicine physician nga naga-promote sang lifestyle management, nalipay gid ako nga magbulig kag mag-guide sa mga pasyente nga gusto mangin aktibo nga kabahin sang ila kaugalingon nga pag-manage sang diabetes.

Success Story ✨
A patient was referred for lifestyle management due to severe liver fibrosis/steatosis. After just 3 months of CONSISTENT LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION (focused on improved nutrition and regular exercise); repeat liver elastography showed F0–F1 (no to mild fibrosis).

Grateful to my colleagues who recognize and value the power of a healthy lifestyle.
