Northern Quezon College, Inc., in partnership with Unciano Colleges, Inc., is pleased to bring quality dental care closer to the NQCI community through a Dental Mission for students and employees.

📅 Date: September 11, 2026 (Friday)
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: NQCI Gymnasium

📌 REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

✅ Complete the Dental Mission Registration Form accurately.
✅ Select one (1) schedule and up to two (2) FREE dental services. You may choose one (1) service only or one (1) combination of two (2) services, such as Oral Prophylaxis (Cleaning) + Tooth Restoration (Filling); or Oral Prophylaxis (Cleaning) + Tooth Extraction.
✅ Please follow your selected schedule and arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
✅ Registration does not guarantee that your requested dental procedure will be performed. The attending dentist will determine the appropriate procedure based on the dental assessment and clinical findings.
✅ Participants must provide accurate information regarding allergies, medications, and medical conditions.
✅ Students who are 17 years old and below must secure a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form before receiving dental services. A copy of the waiver may be obtained from the School Clinic. The signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be presented on the day of the Dental Mission.
✅ A confirmation will be sent to registered participants. Please check your email/Facebook account for your confirmation and assigned schedule.
✅ Registration for each time slot will close once the maximum capacity of 50 participants has been reached. No further registrations will be accepted for that time slot once the limit has been reached.

A healthy smile is a powerful tool for success, so the NQCI Health Services Department invites our senior high school and college students to prioritize their oral health and avail themselves of the free dental checkup.

Northern Quezon College, Inc. (NQCI), through the NQCI Committee on Extension Services, proudly launches the “𝗜𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗮” Project, a free transportation initiative for all NQCI enrollees from the Real, Infanta, and General Nakar areas.

This project aims to support our enrollees by providing safe, convenient, and reliable transportation during the enrollment period from May 18–23, 2026.

In preparation for the AY 2026-2027, all incoming Grade 11 and First-Year Students are required to undergo a chest X-ray and CBC and submit the results to the School Clinic.
