𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗔 - 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬-𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠

The 𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗽𝗶𝗹 provides accessible and inclusive HIV services through community-based screening, peer educators, confidential after-hours care, and integrated health services. In 2022, Ipil became the first municipality in Zamboanga Sibugay accredited by DOH as a Primary Care Facility for STI and HIV.

Since accreditation, AMOA has tested 𝟮,𝟵𝟲𝟯 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and linked 𝟭𝟰𝟳 𝗛𝗜𝗩-𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to treatment. Its community-driven and sustainable approach offers a replicable model for other LGUs seeking to strengthen HIV prevention and care.

Gipasidunggan ang Municipality of Ipil ug ang Ipil Primary Care HIV Care Facility (AMOMA) sa RHU Ipil sa nagkadaiyang awards sa 1st Regional HIV Treatment Hub Conference nga gipahigayon sa Department of Health – Center for Health Development Zamboanga Peninsula.

Nadawat sa Municipality of Ipil ang 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, ug gi-awardan sad ang Ipil Primary Care HIV Care Facility (AMOMA) ug 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱.

Kini nga mga awards nagpakita sa padayon nga paningkamot sa lokal nga pangagamhanan ug sa RHU Ipil sa pagpalapad sa HIV program ug pagpalig-on sa kahibalo sa komunidad bahin sa HIV prevention ug treatment.

Pinaagi sa mas accessible nga HIV services, mas daghang tawo ang mahatagan ug kahigayonan nga magpa-test, makadawat sa saktong impormasyon, ug makasugod dayon sa gikinahanglang pag-atiman. Importante usab ang pagpalig-on sa pagsabot ug paglikay sa diskriminasyon aron ang mga tawo mobati nga luwas ug komportable sa pagpangayo og serbisyo panglawas.

Dako nga pagpasalamat ug congratulations sa tanang health workers ug mga partners nga nagpadayon sa pagpalig-on sa HIV services sa atong komunidad. Ang inyong trabaho adunay direktang papel sa pagpanalipod sa panglawas ug kaayohan sa mga katawhan sa Ipil.

Ang Ipil Municipal Health Office sa LGU Ipil nagpahibalo sa publiko nga ang BEmONC (Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care) o Paanakan temporaryong gibalhin sa Ipil Super Health Center sa Brgy. Makilas, sugod karong adlawa, September 28, 2026.

Kini nga temporaryong pagbalhin tungod sa major renovation sa Ipil Rural Health Unit (RHU) BEmONC facility.

Ang mga inahan ug pamilya nga nanginahanglan ug basic emergency obstetric ug newborn care services mahimong direktang muadto sa Ipil Super Health Center sa Brgy. Makilas samtang nagpadayon pa ang renovation.

Padayon nga ma-access sa komunidad ang importanteng serbisyo alang sa kahimsog sa inahan ug bag-ong natawo nga bata samtang giayo ug gipadayon ang improvements sa Ipil RHU.

Palihog i-share kini nga advisory aron mahibalo ang mga inahan, buntis, ug pamilya nga nanginahanglan niini nga serbisyo.
