Ang program ang ito ay naging matagumpay sa pamumuno ng ating butihing City Mayor Wilfredo Rex C. Oliva sa ilalim ng ARRIBA Admistration, City Health Office Maternal Neonatal Child Health and Nutrition at Gender And Development Program for Health.

Iba't ibang health services ang ibinigay sa mahigit 200 na buntis at family planning services naman sa mga women of reproductive age.
