HOW TO JOIN?
Simply BUY Sensibles Colors Developer and Bleach Worth P600.00 (Six Hundred Pesos Only) with single receipt prior to the competition date @ BINONDO BEAUTY SUPPLY Bonifacio Drive Iloilo City.

MECHANICS:
•Live Male and Female Model.
•Hair Cut and Hair Color should be done prior to the competition (pre-done).
•Hair Color must have at least two (2) or more colors blended or combined.
•Color combinations must be wearable and suitable for everyday or fashion use.
•No wigs or extensions - only the MODEL’S NATURAL HAIR allowed.
•Models will showcase the look with a short walk and poses for the judges.
