Inaanyayahan ang Lahat sa Mobile Blood Letting Activity!

🩸 “Dugong Alay, Dugtong Buhay” – Dugong Jones Marathon, gaganapin sa Ika-27 ng Agosto 2025 (Miyerkules), mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 NN, sa Brgy Addalam Community Center, Jones, Isabela.

Ang makabuluhang aktibidad na ito ay pinangungunahan ng Municipal Health Office – RHU Jones, sa pamamagitan ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Jones, Isabela, katuwang ang Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC) Blood bank team.

👏 Ang Naayat Cluster (mga Barangay ng Addalam, Arubub, San Jose, San Antonio, Tupax, San Roque, Barangcuag, at Palagao) ang naatasang mangasiwa sa kabuuang paghahanda ng aktibidad—kabilang ang venue, pagkain, meryenda, at sila rin ang mangunguna sa pagbibigay ng blood donors.

🤝 Bukas ang aktibidad na ito sa lahat ng Barangay clusters at mga boluntaryong nais sumuporta at magdala ng karagdagang donors.

Magkaisa tayo para sa sapat at ligtas na suplay ng dugo. Maging bayani—magbigay dugo, magligtas ng buhay!

Attention po para sa lahat ng residente sa ating Barangay, mangyaring tayo po ay magparehistro na ng ating Philhealth Konsulta Package sa ating Barangay Health Center. 🩺✅

Sa tulong ng E-Konsulta Program ng PhilHealth, sisiguraduhin nating lahat ay maiparehistro sa Konsulta Package! 📋💚

Ito po ay napaka importante para sa atin, at para sa mga karagdagang detalye sumangguni lamang po sa ating BHW's at Brgy Officials sa ating barangay.

Magkakaroon po tayo ng schedule sa August 18-22, 2025 ( monday- friday ) sa ating Health Center.
Mangyaring dalhin po natin ang ating importanteng documento tulad ng
Requirements:
-para sa ages 20 below- birth certificate,
-para sa 21 to 59 yrs old- birth certificate or marriage contract,
-para Senior Citizen- Senior Citizen ID only )
-at sa mga may Philhealth na pkidala nlang po yung MDR, or Philhealth ID or yung Philhealth number.

Mga Mommy at Daddy! kumpletuhin ang bakuna ni baby bago siya mag isang taon ayon sa Immunization schedule para sigurado ang proteksyon nya sa mga vaccine preventable diseases!

Siguraduhing walang batang maoospital o mamatay para sa sakit na kayang maiwasan. Ligtas, epektibo at libre ang mga bakunang ibinibigay sa mga health centers!

(ABTC is open during holidays)

Important documents to bring to verify proof of residence:
- eKonsulta form (from Barangay)
- Barangay Referral Form
- Cedula or Valid ID (with place of residence)

Individuals with incomplete documents will be required to complete the requirements before they can be assisted.
