Many of us stayed up late as teens, whether for studies, barkada, or simply because.
Pero ang mga puyat na iyon, maniningil later in life.

Sleep supports their growth, memory, focus, emotional balance, and overall health.

My son insisted on watching Forgotten Island, a story built on Filipino folklore.

Nowadays, people don't go to the cinema that often, but this one was worth it.
It's from DreamWorks, with Filipino cast members, and Tagalog words are used too - “Tayo na !”

It brought back memories of my younger years. My dad loved watching movies, and back then you could stay inside the movie house from morning till night. I never did that, but I remember being there with Mom, Dad, siblings, cousins, and popcorn.Those were good bonding times for us. 🍿

I hope children today enjoy that kind of time with their family too, and sana marami pang ganitong pelikula. 🇵🇭
