Two conditions we often consider are ENDOMETRIOSIS and ADENOMYOSIS—and no, they’re not the same.

👉 Endometriosis — tissue similar to the uterine lining is found outside the uterus.
👉 Adenomyosis — similar tissue is found within the muscle of the uterus.

They can have overlapping symptoms—painful periods, pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, and sometimes difficulty getting pregnant.
