As a consumer and a skincare addict, here are my tips!

✨Piliin mo yung may UVA/UVB protection.
-Ultraviolet A (UVA) Rays: cause premature aging of the skin (example: wrinkles)

-Ultraviolet B (UVB) Rays: cause sunburns (most dangerous)

✨Aim for a Sunscreen with at Least 30 SPF
Sunscreens with an SPF of at least 30 block 97 percent of the sun’s rays.

✨No Sunscreen is Waterproof or Sweat Proof.
make sure it’s LIGHTWEIGHT, and NON-GREASY kase you need to reapply every 2 hours,

✨budget friendly. Sa dami ng sunscreen sa market, parehas lang naman lahat yan GOAL, and that is for “PROTECTION” againts sun exposure.
