Armann Pharma and Medical Supplies Distribution is looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and dependable Accounting Officer to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Koronadal City
✅ Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Information System, Financial Management, or any related accounting/business course
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• With at least 1 year relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or audit work
• Strong knowledge in accounting processes, financial recording, reconciliation, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software systems
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism
• Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, collections, or government-related transactions is an advantage
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial and accounting records
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collection monitoring
• Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and reconciliations
• Assist in payroll preparation and operational expense monitoring
• Monitor client balances, liquidation reports, and cash flow records
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents and transactions
• Coordinate with management and different departments regarding financial concerns
• Assist in compliance with accounting, tax, and government regulatory requirements
