The Sigma Mu Epsilon , known as the Math and Science Club of the Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School serves as an outlet for students to elucidate their hidden talents and skills in Math and Science. The Club also aims to communicate with the people of the community in order to protect the environment and to promote it's thrust in the understanding of Science, Technology and Research.

Today, we remember EDSA.

Along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, history was not written in ink, but in courage. Millions of Filipinos stood side by side in peaceful defiance, proving that unity is stronger than fear and that the voice of the people can move a nation. The EDSA People Power Revolution was more than a moment in time. It was a declaration that freedom is worth standing for.

As we commemorate this day, may we carry the spirit of EDSA beyond remembrance. Let it live in how we choose truth over silence, integrity over indifference, and hope over division. The power of the people does not fade. It continues in us.

𝗜𝗡 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗟: 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘, 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘, 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬

Every December 30, we pause not only to remember a hero, but to return to the values that shaped a nation. Rizal Day invites us to reflect on a life lived with purpose, courage, and deep love for the Philippines.

Dr. José Rizal believed that change begins with awareness and responsibility. Through his intellect and character, he showed that serving the country does not always require force, but conviction, discipline, and an unwavering sense of truth.

His sacrifice continues to challenge every generation to ask how we choose our country in our own time. In classrooms, in communities, and in daily decisions, Rizal’s legacy lives where integrity and compassion are practiced.

Today, we remember not just the hero who fell, but the ideals that must continue to rise.

🎅✨𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬✨🎅

Celebrating the holiday cheer, the Sigma Mu Epsilon, YES-O, and Herodotus Club danced their hearts out during the Christmas presentation held last December 17.

The city plaza was buzzed with the warmth and joy of the season. People laughed, shared smiles, and enjoyed the festive atmosphere, reminding everyone of the simple happiness and togetherness that Christmas brings.
